Requirements to approve your MasterCard Oro credit card.

Membership as a partner

Original valid national ID card (or foreigner ID for non-Colombians).
Be of legal age (18+) to hold the product.
Fill in the single INOVACOOP membership form.
Personal-data handling authorization (Law 1581/2012).
Authorization to consult and report to credit bureaus.
Payment of the minimum membership social contribution.

AML compliance (SARLAFT / FATCA)

Know-Your-Customer form (SARLAFT), duly signed.
FATCA / CRS form declaring foreign tax obligations.
Written declaration of the lawful source of funds and assets.
Two personal and two commercial/family verifiable references.

Income and repayment capacity

Employment certificate under 30 days old with role, salary, contract type and seniority.
Last two (2) months of payslips.
Bank statements of the last three (3) months.
Recent utility bill (under 60 days) as proof of address.

Self-employed or merchants

RUT (tax ID) updated within the last 6 months.
Income-tax return for the last two (2) years (if applicable).
Bank statements of the last six (6) months.
Chamber of Commerce certificate under 90 days old (if applicable).

Specific requirements: MasterCard Oro

Proven net monthly income from $3.500.000 COP.
Minimum 6 months of employment (employees) or 12 months (self-employed).
Positive credit history, no arrears over 30 days in the last 12 months.
Active savings or payroll account at INOVACOOP.

Documents must be current and original. INOVACOOP may request additional information based on credit or risk analysis for the product.
