Requirements to obtain it

Requirements to route your payroll to INOVACOOP and unlock exclusive benefits.

Membership as a partner

  • Original valid national ID card (or foreigner ID for non-Colombians).
  • Be of legal age (18+) to hold the product.
  • Fill in the single INOVACOOP membership form.
  • Personal-data handling authorization (Law 1581/2012).
  • Authorization to consult and report to credit bureaus.
  • Payment of the minimum membership social contribution.

AML compliance (SARLAFT / FATCA)

  • Know-Your-Customer form (SARLAFT), duly signed.
  • FATCA / CRS form declaring foreign tax obligations.
  • Written declaration of the lawful source of funds and assets.
  • Two personal and two commercial/family verifiable references.

Payroll-account specifics

  • Employment certificate under 30 days old with role, salary and 3+ months of seniority.
  • Last two (2) payslips.
  • Signed instruction letter to your employer to redirect payroll to INOVACOOP.
  • Choose your payroll plan: Basic, Plus, Premium or Elite.
Documents must be current and original. INOVACOOP may request additional information based on credit or risk analysis for the product.

General requirements

  • No pending obligations with the cooperative (loans, cards, contributions).
  • Zero or positive balance (not in overdraft).
  • Present original identity document.
  • Return the debit card(s) for destruction.

Same-day effective cancellation.
  1. 1 Visit any INOVACOOP branch with your original ID.
  2. 2 Request the cancellation form from the advisor and fill it out.
  3. 3 Withdraw the available balance in cash, check or transfer.
  4. 4 Hand over the debit card for secure destruction in front of you.
  5. 5 Receive the signed and stamped cancellation certificate.

  1. 1 Log in to the INOVACOOP app with your password and biometrics.
  2. 2 Go to Accounts → Cancel account and pick the account to close.
  3. 3 Transfer the available balance to another account from the same screen.
  4. 4 Confirm with OTP sent to your phone and electronic signature.
  5. 5 Download the cancellation certificate in PDF from the app.
